The gas contained in our cream cartridges and cans is nitrous oxide. Inhaling nitrous oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of such misuse include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.
Make sure to place the pressure regulator correctly on the bottle
0.95 L (650 g) cans must be used with the pressure regulator and adapter hose (sold separately)

Keep N20 MAFIA away from sunlight and only at room temperature (maximum temperature 50°C).
If you are burned by frozen N2O, you should seek medical attention immediately. A N2O burn can cause deep tissue damage that is not immediately visible at the time of injury.
N20 MAFIA contains nitrous oxide (E942) under high pressure. Please use it only with the N20 MAFIA certified system to avoid any injury.
N20 MAFIA is for restaurant use only. It is our policy not to sell products to anyone who we reasonably believe is under 18 or who, in our reasonable opinion, may misuse them.
Do not remove the cream dispenser head if there is still gas inside. Always release any remaining pressure from the cream dispenser before refilling it.
